About Origin
"Origin" was released in the town of Little Rock, AK and sold to local people. Only 2500 authentic cd's were printed. The band lineup for this cd included Amy Lee (Vocals, Piano), Ben Moody (Guitar, Bass, Drums), and David Hodges (Keyboards).
Amy Lee considers Origin a "Dressed up Demo" and not a full blown cd. The band also has stated they would prefer people download the songs online rather than buy fake copies of the cd.
One neat fact is that the two songs that were cut (Listen to the Rain and Demise) were intedned to be a part of a long sequence of three songs; Eternal, Listen to the Rain, and Demise lasting a little over 11 minutes.
